Cash on Demand – FAQs
1. How fast will I receive the money?
Withdrawals are processed instantly. Funds are typically credited to your registered bank account or Shiprocket Wallet within minutes, subject to banking network availability.
2. Will Cash on Demand affect my credit score?
For standard Cash on Demand withdrawals adjusted against your Shiprocket settlements, there is no impact on your credit score. However, the highest available limits may be powered by our lending partners and require lender onboarding. In such cases, repayment behaviour may be reported to credit bureaus as per the lender's policies. Missed or overdue repayments may impact your credit score.
3. What happens if my settlements are not enough to cover the withdrawal?
Recovery is automatically adjusted from your future COD remittances. If the amount remains unpaid after the repayment period or there are insufficient future settlements, direct repayment may be required.
4. Why is verification required for higher limits?
The highest withdrawal limits are powered by our lending partner network. To unlock these limits, a one-time business verification and lender onboarding process is required. Verification may include GST, PAN, business details, and bank account verification. Once completed, you can continue accessing eligible limits without repeating the process for every withdrawal.
5. Why is my available limit lower than expected?
Your available limit is calculated dynamically based on recent shipment activity, COD collections, settlement trends, and overall business performance on Shiprocket. Limits refresh regularly and may increase or decrease over time.
6. Can I repay a withdrawal manually?
No manual repayment is required. Recovery happens automatically through your future COD settlements. If future settlements are insufficient to recover the outstanding amount, direct repayment options may be made available where applicable.
