COD Handling Fee
COD Handling Fee has now been extended from Lite to Non-Lite sellers, excluding National Cluster sellers, effective Wednesday, 14th October 2026.
Note: National Cluster sellers are excluded from this rollout.

The revised COD handling fee is applicable to the following seller categories:
Non-ECOD/ICOD Lite sellers (Standard payout sellers)
Non-ECOD/ICOD Non-Lite sellers (Standard payout sellers)
ECOD/ICOD active sellers with a 0.00% commission rate
- COD Handling Fee Structure
The following fee structure will apply based on the COD payable amount at the CRF level:
CRF COD Payable Amount: COD Handling Fee ₹100 or less ₹0 ₹101 – ₹1,000 ₹10 ₹1,001 – ₹10,000 ₹30 Above ₹10,000 ₹100 3. Important Instructions for KAMs
@KAMS – Please note that sellers approved for early COD plans (D+2, D+3, D+4, etc.) with a 0.00% commission rate will also be subject to the COD Handling Fee.
Approval for an early COD plan at a discounted or zero commission rate does not automatically exempt the seller from the COD Handling Fee.
Therefore, whenever the COD Team enables an early COD plan at the above-mentioned rate, the respective KAM must separately coordinate with the Tech Support Team to get the COD Handling Fee waived, specifically where the waiver has also been approved for that fee.
