Shiprocket App Store
What is it? A marketplace of apps designed to enhance Shiprocket sellers' e-commerce operations. Currently features 8+ apps.
Access: Seller Panel > Apps (in the left sidebar) > Visit Shiprocket App Store.
Billing: App charges are billed through your Shiprocket wallet (one-time, monthly, or usage-based) and appear on your Shiprocket invoice and Passbook.

App Store Rules

Apps review and approve all submissions for security and functionality.

Apps can be free, have free trials, or be paid.

Most apps auto-update; manual update notifications are sent by the developer if required.

If an app shows "App is not available on your account," contact the app developer or KAM.

Developers can be contacted via their listing page for support or custom features.
Submitting Your Own App
Develop app > Test thoroughly > Submit via Shiprocket Developer Dashboard > Must meet quality, security, and performance standards.

Engage+ Highlights: Marketing (personalized messages, broadcasts), Commerce (WhatsApp shopping, catalogue, recommendations), Care (24x7 buyer support, returns/refund handling), RTO Suite (order confirmation, address rectification, COD-to-prepaid conversion, real-time tracking).
Activation TAT: 24 hours. Demo TAT: 48 hours.
Charges: Rs. 1.25 + tax per WhatsApp message. Minimum invoice: Rs. 2,000/month. Invoices shared in last week of month.

How to Do on Seller Panel
Access Shiprocket App Store
From the Seller Panel, go to Apps > Appstore in the left menu > Find apps > Purchase and activate.
Install an App
Browse or search in App Store > Click app for details > Click Add App > Follow prompts to install and configure.
