What is ZOP?

ZOP (zop.in) is a curated D2C marketplace by Shiprocket that provides additional demand channels for brands. It is integrated with Shopify and the Shiprocket seller panel.

Commission Structure

  • 30% commission on every successfully delivered order (inclusive of taxes).
  • Commission covers: demand generation, customer service, payment collection, social media marketing, re-marketing, communications, and website maintenance.
  • Commission is charged only on delivered orders — not on RTO or returned shipments.
  • For RTO/returned shipments, ZOP bears the shipping cost.
  • Orders below Rs. 250 incur an extra Rs. 50 in the payout.
  • Shipping cost for delivered orders is borne by the brand.

Order Flow

  1. Shopify integration syncs catalogue, inventory, and pricing automatically.
  2. Orders placed on ZOP flow back to Shopify for processing.
  3. Status updates accordingly.
  4. Orders must be shipped via Shiprocket — AWB numbers are auto-fetched.
  5. Orders not processed within 48 hours are automatically cancelled.

ZOP order identification: Order name starts with prefix #ZOP or carries the ZOP order tag.

Remittance

  • Processed weekly on Fridays for all delivered orders.
  • Remittance is paid 7 days after delivery.
  • Buyer disputes raised within 7 days of delivery are exceptions.
  • Seller is notified via email with a CSV detailing remittance-processed orders.
  • Payment invoices: Generated monthly for settled orders of the previous month.

Catalogue Updates

  • Can be updated at any time.
  • Product level: Title, description, category, subcategory, images.
  • Variant level: Price, product images.
  • No limit on number of products listed.
  • Listing all SKUs is not mandatory.

  • Yellow: Low
  • Red: Out of stock

Packaging

Special packaging is not mandatory, but secure and attractive packaging is recommended.
