OTP Based Delivery

Multi-Packet Shipment (MPS)

Multi-Packet shipping is designed for sending multiple packages to a single recipient at one location.

• Available for Delhivery only.

• Manual orders only — does not support orders fetched via channel/API integrations.

• Max: 20 packets (1 Master + 19 Child AWBs).

• Max combined weight: 1,000 kg.

• Minimum chargeable weight: 10 kg.

• Pickup: Scheduled next day (no cut-off time applicable).

Key Details:

• 1 Master AWB → Used for tracking & billing

• Child AWBs → Used on individual boxes (labels)

• Manifest & Invoice show Master AWB + package count

• Labels show Child AWB (paste on each box)

Tracking & Labels:

• Track via Master AWB

• Child AWBs generated per box

• Example: 3 boxes → 3 labels (1 label: Master AWB, others: Child + Master AWB)

MPS Training — New Process:

We are offering a free, one-hour virtual training session specifically for MPS. This session is distinct from our regular Panel Training and will focus exclusively on the Multi-Packet process.

You can attend the training on either Tuesday or Friday at 3:00 PM.

Please note the following regarding your training and MPS Approval:

• You will receive an email notification for your scheduled training sessions.

• MPS Approval will be confirmed within 2 working days after your training is complete.

• This feature is compatible only with manual orders and does not support orders fetched via channel/API integrations.

Agent Action:

2. Share training slots/timing with seller

Activation: After training completion → Trainer raises activation request to LOPS. MPS Approval confirmed within 2 working days after training.

Important: While filling the form, the seller should agree on the details before completing the form, otherwise give a soft denial.

Nugget Ticket:

Split Shipment

Allows partial fulfillment based on available stock.

Enable: Settings > Shipment Features > Split Shipment > Toggle ON

Works for manual orders only.

Steps:

1. Create order manually via Add Order.

2. Go to Processing tab > Select order > Ship Now.

3. Select products to ship in the popup.

4. Update package weight.

5. Click Split and Ship Now.

6. Choose courier partner.

7. Redirected to Processing tab for remaining partial shipment.

Hyperlocal Shipping (Shiprocket Quick)

• Same-day pickup and delivery within 40–50 km range.

• Simply create a shipment manually — hyperlocal couriers appear automatically based on address and PIN code.

• Live cities: Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Kerala, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Dehradun, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu.

• Weight limit: Up to 15 kg.

• Rates: Starting from ₹10–11 per km.

• Couriers: Porter, Borzo, Flash, Zypp, Loadshare Hyperlocal.

Rocket Express Services

Under the new process, sellers will continue to create orders as usual. Pickup will be done by Rocket Express (Shiprocket's in-house fleet), where the Field Executive (FE) will scan the shipment on the spot and the status will update to "Picked Up."

The shipment will then be handed over to the originally assigned courier from the hub.

Key Details:

• Available for SMB sellers in Delhi NCR & Mumbai.

• FE verification: Sellers can verify the FE via AWB details on the FE app.

• Seller signature required on the manifest as proof.

Enable/Disable: ICRM Plugin → Company → Company ID → Overview → Quick Action → Toggle Rocket Express.

Note: Enable/Disable case of Rocket Express is an FCR Case.

Logistics Transporter IDs (for E-Way Bill)

RADAR

RADAR is an AI-powered courier intelligence tool providing real-time pincode-level visibility into courier performance.

What RADAR tracks:

• Courier performance ratings (scale: -2 to 5)

• SLA adherence

• First-attempt delivery success

• NDR behavior and reattempt rates

• RTO without attempt

• Timeliness of attempts after reaching hubs

Ratings are updated dynamically as live shipment data flows in — reflects sudden risks or pincode overloads almost instantly.

How to use RADAR:

• View RADAR scores while assigning couriers on the Ship Now screen.

• Open the RADAR Dashboard for deeper pincode-level insights.

• Enable Auto-Block for Stressed Couriers to automatically avoid stressed couriers during assignment.

RADAR evaluates COD, prepaid, and special shipments independently.

Expected improvements with RADAR:

• Higher first-attempt delivery success

• Better NDR conversion rates

• Fewer SLA breaches

• Reduced RTOs and failed deliveries

• Improved customer experience and repeat purchases

Best practices:

1. Enable Auto-Block for Stressed Couriers from Ship Now or RADAR Dashboard.

2. Check stress indicators before bulk assignments.

3. Monitor stressed shipments and reassign high-risk AWBs.

4. Prioritize higher-rated couriers for COD, high-value, and priority deliveries.

5. Use RADAR heavily during festive/peak spikes.

RADAR does not automatically choose couriers — seller retains full control.

Given below is an indicative list of all dangerous or prohibited products you cannot ship via Shiprocket.

Dangerous Goods

a. Oil-based paint and thinners (flammable liquids) b. Industrial solvents c. Insecticides, garden chemicals (fertilizers, poisons) d. Lithium batteries e. Magnetized materials f. Machinery (chain saws, outboard engines containing fuel or that have contained fuel) g. Fuel for camp stoves, lanterns, torches or heating elements h. Automobile batteries i. Infectious substances j. Any compound, liquid or gas that has toxic characteristics k. Bleach l. Flammable adhesives m. Arms and ammunition n. Dry ice (Carbon Dioxide, Solid) o. Restricted Items

Consequences

In case a user ships the above-mentioned products via Shiprocket:

1. The user may have to pay hefty penalties.

2. No member of Shiprocket will be responsible and liable for any loss, damage, theft or misappropriation of such products.

How to Do on Seller Panel

Enable Split Shipment

Settings > Shipment Features > Split Shipment > Toggle ON

Create a Split Shipment Order

1. Create order manually via Add Order.

2. Go to Processing tab > Select order > Ship Now.

3. Select specific products to ship in the popup.

4. Update package weight.

5. Click Split and Ship Now.

6. Choose courier partner.

7. Return to Processing tab for remaining partial shipment.

Use the Rate Calculator

To check shipping rates, go to Tools > Rate Calculatorfrom left menu. Here, you can check freight rates for any pickup/delivery pincode before order creation.

Block/Unblock ODA or RTO Pincodes

1. Go to Settings > Courier Selection.

2. Click on the courier for which you want to manage pincodes.

3. Click Block Pincodes.

4. Select option: Courier (all ODA/RTO pincodes), Account (account-specific), or Custom (manual entry).

5. Click Submit.

Follow the same steps to unblock pincodes.

Upload E-Way Bill (Forward Orders)

At Pickup Generation: Orders > Schedule Pickup popup > Upload E-Way Bill number, PDF, and invoice.

From Ready to Ship Screen: Orders > Ready to Ship > Upload Eway Bill button.

For RTO Shipments: Orders > Shipments > RTO > Upload Eway Bill.

E-Way Bill validity: 7 days. Required for shipments with value over ₹50,000.

Activate RADAR

RADAR is available directly within the Shiprocket panel. Once activated, it starts using live shipment data immediately.

Mobile App — How to Do

Set Courier Priority (Mobile)

1. Three-dots menu at bottom > Settings > Courier Priority.

2. Choose from: Recommended By Shiprocket, Cheapest, Fastest, Best Rated, Custom.

Custom priority can only be set from the web panel.

Reassign a Courier (Mobile)

1. Go to Orders > Ready to Ship tab.

2. Swipe the order card left.

3. Tap three-dots menu > Reassign Courier.

4. Select a new courier and confirm.

Shipping Zones

Courier companies divide all serviceable pincodes into shipping zones that determine freight charges and delivery time:

Courier Partners on Shiprocket

Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shadowfax, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, DTDC, Ekart, India Post, Amazon Shipping, Pikndel, and many more.

All couriers can be activated by the seller except Bluedart, which requires KYC verification.

Weight Classes

Couriers are categorized by weight slabs: 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg.

Courier Priority Options

Direct Ship Feature

Automatically assigns courier based on courier priority without showing the selection screen. Pickup is scheduled automatically for the next day and labels are downloaded automatically.

Courier rules can be created based on:

Up to 200 courier rules can be created. Rules cannot be edited — archive and recreate if changes are needed.

If no rule applies: Default courier priority setting is used (Recommended by Shiprocket).

Courier Activity Logs

Setup & Manage > Courier > Courier Activity Logs — view all courier-level actions.

LM (Last Mile) Labels

Individual LM Label: Orders > All Orders tab > Search shipment > Action icon > Download LM Label.

Bulk LM Labels: Tools > Bulk Actions > Select Tracking (AWB) Numbers > Enter AWBs > Submit > Tools > Activity Logs > Bulk LM Download > Download.

Amazon Courier Notes

• Amazon courier cannot be used for orders from Amazon channels.

• Amazon label format is thermal and cannot be edited.

• OTP verification applies to Amazon prepaid orders over Rs. 500.

Template Pricing

If template pricing is enabled, courier assignment is handled by Shiprocket — seller cannot manually select a courier.

API Courier Selection

You can specify a courier by passing the courier ID in the AWB assignment API call. Courier is assigned only if serviceability is available.

Couriers Available in Lite Plan

All prominent and best-performing courier partners are available. Bluedart requires a 30-second KYC (PAN details). For same-day/next-day delivery or document shipping, contact KAM or support.

Label for Document Shipping

A smaller label is used for document shipments. Standard India label size: default 6×4 inch. Customize via Settings > Company Setup > Label Settings.

Order Barcode on Label

Mandatory for all orders shipped within India using non-hyperlocal couriers. The barcode prevents handling issues at courier hubs.

Pincode Serviceability Check

Tools > Rate Calculator > Enter pickup and delivery pincodes, weight, payment type > View serviceable couriers.

Download serviceable pincodes list: Tools > Pincode Mapping Zone > Enter Pickup Pincode > Export (sent to registered email).
